HEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FROZEN READY MEALS
Please follow carefully to avoid dryness and excess dampness in the food.
Important: Always keep food frozen and only defrost when ready to consume.

From frozen:
1- Lift lid from container on one of the corners.
2- Place container in microwave and set to defrost for frozen meals, or until bottom of container feels warm. Microwaves higher than 1100 W need shorter time to defrost.
3- Heat meal at medium-high for approximately 45 seconds or until food is hot. Take caution when heating a Keto Meal, high fat content in meals tend to heat faster and reach to a higher temperature.
*Note: Longer cooking time is needed for microwaves with power below 1100 Watts.
From previously thawed at room temperature (:
(Meals usually take about 3 to 4 hours to defrost at room temperature)
1- Lift lid on one of the corners.
2- Place container in microwave and heat at medium-high for approximately 45 seconds or until food is steaming hot. Longer cooking time is needed for microwaves with power below 1100 Watts.
3- Remove lid carefully to avoid steam burns.
Vegan Ready Meals
Previously Thawed: Warm all meals slightly (about 45 seconds)
From Frozen: Remove lid from container. Set microwave to ‘Frozen Vegetables’ usually for 2 to 3 minutes.
Food is fully cooked and can be kept frozen for up to 2 weeks. If previously thawed please heat and consume immediately.
